Terms of Service

The short version

RoasterBridge is a tool for running a roastery's inventory and production. Your data is yours. Use the service honestly, keep your account secure, and understand that software is not a substitute for your own judgement about what is on your shelves.

Your account

• You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in, and for who you invite.
• An admin of a shop can change teammates' roles, deactivate them, export all data, and permanently delete the shop.
• Accounts are for people, not shared logins.

Your data

You keep ownership of everything you enter. You can export it as CSV at any time and delete it permanently from within the app. We store and process it only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reach another shop's data, or probe the service for weaknesses.
• Do not upload unlawful content or anyone else's personal data without a right to.
• Do not resell or rebrand the service as your own.

Availability and accuracy

The service is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and the numbers it reports depend entirely on what is logged. Weigh, count, and reconcile against reality; the ledger reflects entries, not the shelf. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profit, spoiled stock, or indirect losses.

Fees

RoasterBridge costs $89 per month or $890 per year in US dollars, per roastery, with unlimited teammates. Every new shop starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is required to begin. Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period and renew automatically until cancelled. We will give notice before changing a price.

Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page inside the app — no email or phone call. On cancelling, your shop keeps full access through the end of the period already paid for and is not billed again.

If you cancel an annual plan within 30 days of that charge, contact us and we will refund it in full. Outside that window, and for monthly plans, payments already made are not refunded. Trials are free and are never charged unless you choose to continue.

If a payment fails, your shop keeps working for a 7-day grace period. After that it becomes read-only rather than locked — you can always read, report on, and export your records.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and delete your shop at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or endangers other users, and will say why where we can.

Changes

We may update these terms. Meaningful changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
